My palms are sweating and I <br \/>feel like\u00a0a school kid about to go on his first trip.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn2.cdnme.se\/cdn\/9-1\/490171\/images\/2009\/blogg-1-mike-and-his-bag_56744671.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m embarking on a dream trip a bike ride from the capital of Tibet\u00a0<br \/>Lhasa to Katmandu in Nepal<\/p>\n<p>My amigo on this trip is the infamous Dr Chris Philison Chris with <br \/>8\u00a0years working in the Borneo jungle Chris is use to advice conditions <br \/>and the challenges of traveling in foreign lands. He has just finished <br \/>a\u00a0trip to Afghanistan climbing in the Hindu Kush in a remote glacier <br \/>taking in a cheeky unclimbed 5000m + peek then a quick trip home <br \/>to\u00a0Switzerland with a 3 day conference in Sweden this boy don&#8217;t stop. <br \/>He is my brother from another mother<\/p>\n<p>Next stop Beijing&#8230;&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>Mike<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6 years of waiting for the right time and here I am.
