{"id":19464,"date":"2010-04-18T17:45:40","date_gmt":"2010-04-18T17:45:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alpinelegends.se\/80s-skiday-in-engelberg\/"},"modified":"2010-04-18T17:45:40","modified_gmt":"2010-04-18T17:45:40","slug":"80s-skiday-in-engelberg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alpinelegends.se\/en\/80s-skiday-in-engelberg\/","title":{"rendered":"80\u00b4s skiday in Engelberg"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A week ago we had another fantastic 80`s skiday up in Engelberg. <br \/>Here is Johan all geared up in front of Okey shop, looking good&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn2.cdnme.se\/cdn\/9-1\/490171\/images\/2010\/dsc_0244_84267372.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Shane was in good form as always and even saved his mustache a bit extra\u00a0<br \/>just to have the right 80\u00b4s look<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn2.cdnme.se\/cdn\/9-1\/490171\/images\/2010\/dsc_0257_84273792.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Here we are on the way to Titlis. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn2.cdnme.se\/cdn\/9-1\/490171\/images\/2010\/cimg1460_84260420.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This has become an annual event and\u00a0it was the fourth time we brought <br \/>out our spagetti skis and neon clothes or other 80\u00b4s style outfits. More people <br \/>than ever showed up and I would guess we were\u00a060-70 people in total. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn2.cdnme.se\/cdn\/9-1\/490171\/images\/2010\/dsc_0554_84262689.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Shane was leading the way with his old time cassette recorder. Maja spent a <br \/>long time recording 80\u00b4s music on an old tape. First some warm up.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn2.cdnme.se\/cdn\/9-1\/490171\/images\/2010\/dsc_0560_84264973.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then some traditional formation skiing<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn2.cdnme.se\/cdn\/9-1\/490171\/images\/2010\/cimg1488_84265257.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We took a few pitstops during the day. Stand, Iglubar, Jochpass and Unter-<br \/>tr\u00fcbsee. Here\u00b4s Lian and Kalle who came all the way from Gothenburgh just <br \/>to have the\u00a0funniest day of his life in an 80\u00b4s outfit. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn2.cdnme.se\/cdn\/9-1\/490171\/images\/2010\/dsc_0592_84282464.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Shane brought his 80\u00b4s game Twister. A very hard game if you have a tight\u00a0<br \/>one\u00a0piece suit&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn2.cdnme.se\/cdn\/9-1\/490171\/images\/2010\/cimg1541_84271737.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We continued at\u00a0Okey Shop\u00a0where Dani from Okay shop had his end of season <br \/>party.\u00a0Johanna joined in with her injured knee&#8230; <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn2.cdnme.se\/cdn\/9-1\/490171\/images\/2010\/dsc_0436_84276470.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Johan and Ursula from Skilogde Engelberg changed from the old time 80\u00b4s style <br \/>to a more modern version and turned up for the BBQ, beautiful! <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn2.cdnme.se\/cdn\/9-1\/490171\/images\/2010\/dsc_0440_84277232.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Three of the Engelberger mountain guides also had a good time at Danis.
