With just a few guests and together with<br \/>\nguide and tour leader Pi-Charlotte they found the combination of Walk &#038; Talk most<br \/>\nfascinating, with long days and hikes full of meetings with culture and mountain<br \/>\npeople. Even though the altitude sometimes made it hard to both walk and talk&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-5525\" href=\"http:\/\/www.alpinelegends.se\/blogg\/2011\/12\/walk-talk-in-nepal\/attachment\/4\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5525\" title=\"4\" src=\"https:\/\/alpinelegends.se\/wordpress\/uploads\/2011\/12\/4-240x321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"401\" height=\"532\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Early morning walks to nearest temple is a daily routin. Hinduism  and Buddhism are put<br \/>\ntogether in a \u201cpractical cocktail\u201d and you do talk to the gods and offer flowers and incents.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-5537\" href=\"http:\/\/www.alpinelegends.se\/blogg\/2011\/12\/walk-talk-in-nepal\/5-2\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5537\" title=\"5\" src=\"https:\/\/alpinelegends.se\/wordpress\/uploads\/2011\/12\/51-404x303.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"404\" height=\"303\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the middle of the chaos there are oases of calm like the Bouddhanath Stupa<br \/>\nwith \u201cThe all seeing eyes\u201d. Locals, tourists and monks walk around it together,<br \/>\nclockwise  in calm and peace.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-5542\" href=\"http:\/\/www.alpinelegends.se\/blogg\/2011\/12\/walk-talk-in-nepal\/attachment\/6\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5542\" title=\"6\" src=\"https:\/\/alpinelegends.se\/wordpress\/uploads\/2011\/12\/6-240x321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"404\" height=\"540\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Married women are wearing red and they have golden earrings although that\u2019s all<br \/>\nthey have. My college Pi-Charlotte and one of her friends on an early morning walk<br \/>\n in the sunrise.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-5543\" href=\"http:\/\/www.alpinelegends.se\/blogg\/2011\/12\/walk-talk-in-nepal\/attachment\/9\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5543\" title=\"9\" src=\"https:\/\/alpinelegends.se\/wordpress\/uploads\/2011\/12\/9-428x321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"404\" height=\"304\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We are heading north in a Jeep for 5 hours, to the National Park of Lang Tang,<br \/>\na 7000m. We  see the Mother of mountains Mount Everest east of us.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-5544\" href=\"http:\/\/www.alpinelegends.se\/blogg\/2011\/12\/walk-talk-in-nepal\/attachment\/10\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5544\" title=\"10\" src=\"https:\/\/alpinelegends.se\/wordpress\/uploads\/2011\/12\/10-240x321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"404\" height=\"540\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3 guides, 3 chefs and 6 sherpas where taking care of us for 6 days. Guiding,<br \/>\nserving, coocking , carrying all equipment and us too when it was steep.<br \/>\nFantastic hard working and friendly people.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-5545\" href=\"http:\/\/www.alpinelegends.se\/blogg\/2011\/12\/walk-talk-in-nepal\/attachment\/11\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5545\" title=\"11\" src=\"https:\/\/alpinelegends.se\/wordpress\/uploads\/2011\/12\/11-240x321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"404\" height=\"539\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This kids lived at 2000m with a beautiful view. No Dahus around but some<br \/>\nmountain cows\u2026<br \/>\nLast people we saw during 5 days on our little expedition.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-5546\" href=\"http:\/\/www.alpinelegends.se\/blogg\/2011\/12\/walk-talk-in-nepal\/attachment\/12\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5546\" title=\"12\" src=\"https:\/\/alpinelegends.se\/wordpress\/uploads\/2011\/12\/12-240x321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"404\" height=\"541\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sudip was our service minded, caring and professional  head guide. One of the best<br \/>\nI have met. He and his colleges brought us safely from 1800m up to 4100m and<br \/>\ndown again to 1600m.From rice fields and rainforests up to snowy mountains.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-5547\" href=\"http:\/\/www.alpinelegends.se\/blogg\/2011\/12\/walk-talk-in-nepal\/attachment\/14\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5547\" title=\"14\" src=\"https:\/\/alpinelegends.se\/wordpress\/uploads\/2011\/12\/14-428x321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"404\" height=\"304\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dinner is prepared in the sunset with the Himalayan Mountains behind. A three<br \/>\ncourse meal  is served in the blue tent every night. We can recommend the<br \/>\nPanch Pokhari, 5 lakes Trek , 4060m by all means.
