Once again time for the highlight of the winter season, kick-off with the whole Alpine Legends gathered in the Alps. One of our aims is to find a place where not everybody been before, and this time the choice fell on the Swiss ski resort most of us always heard of but not many been Läs vidare

I helgen hade jag nöjet att få följa med Schweiz Tourism på en workshop och inspirationsresa till Schweiz. I vanlig ordning bjöd Schweizarna på ett roligt och välorganiserat upplägg med intressanta föreläsningar, roliga aktiviteter och fantastisk mat. Allt självklart inramat av sina vackra Alper. Vi fick precis reda på att Alpine Legends är en av tre finalister som är nominerade till “årets uppstickare” på Svenska Turistgalan den 18e oktober. Rese- och turist- näringens egen “Oscars gala”. Hatten av för nytänkare i skidvärlden För ett par dagar sedan var jag på After Ski på Broken, Kungsgatan i Stockholm. Skön stämning med lite mer än ett hundratal människor i alla åldrar, tyngdpunkt på män 40 plus, DJ i en hörna som servade stämningsmusik, skidfilm på TVn och över disk serverades god öl. Jag alltid varit lite nyfiken på Valpelline, eftersom jag själv kallades Pelle när jag var liten.. Jag trodde i min enfald att namnet betydde lille Pelles dal. Nu är det ju inte så.
